It must only show this: Connection-specific DNS Suffix. In addition, the Connection-specific DNS Suffix is wrong. : DisabledĪny help that anyone could afford would be great! Thanks!!!ĭNS Servers. #Dell dw1501 driver server 2008 windows 7#
The funny thing is that my Windows 7 is not remembering my network settings. I have tried everything that I know to connect to the domain. Here are my Windows Server 2008 settings:Īnd here is the message that I am getting when I try to join the domain: Here is the IPCONFIG for my laptop:ĭNS - 192.168.1.100, 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 (The last two are OpenDNS servers which I specified as forwarding DNS servers in my Windows Server 2008 configuration.) My laptop is connecting to the domain perfectly. I also have a Win 2008 Server Standard Edition. I have a desktop running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit and a laptop running Win7 Ultimate 32-bit. I have researched to try and find the solution to this problem, to no avail.
